Was on a Facebook group page earlier this week and got a bit freaked out… a head cold sufferer was being told to treat it with crushed panadol, antibiotics (?!) pseudo-ephidrine. I was cringing!
So, here is my Go To List of natures antibiotics. Have some or all of these on hand in tincture form (liquid extract) dried herb and infused oil form (i.e. garlic oil) for when something strikes that’s determine to take you down.
