For many - me included - 2015 was a tough year. A very tough year.
Energetically and planetarily speaking, it was a super-charged year all about ACTION. It certainly felt that way with the number of Super Moons and eclipses we had back to back I can tell you!
This coming year, 2016, is going to be one of a much slower and gentler pace [thank goodness for that!]
Given that, maybe now is a good time to sit down with a cuppa and have a think...

3. What Could I Have Done Differently in Those Areas?
Don't stay stuck too long! Let's focus on the practicalities.
What could you have done differently in the challenging times that would have helped create a better outcome for you?
4. What Do I Wish I'd Done This Year but Didn't?
Did you want to go sky-diving, or travel overseas or get a facial and it just never happened?
Write down all those things now you wish you had done. This is a list we will need for the coming year!
5. What Areas of My Life Need More Focus in the Year Ahead?
This usually means some areas of our lives can fall by the way side and are overlooked.
What areas of your life need more focus? Are you spending too much? Do you need to work on your temper? Are you not getting enough done in your day? Do you miss your friends / family or children?
These areas of life can have a do-over in the New Year. So get ruthless and brutally honest with yourself and prepare to rock your own world!
6. What Characteristics Do I Want to Develop More This Coming Year?
For me, that word was not evident very much at all because I was so damned stressed!
So, I want to develop my patience, gentleness, learn to hold my tongue more and to feel and think first before I speak.
What do you want to do or be more of? Give yourself a personality overhaul this year. A change of 1% per day adds up to 365% [more than two full revolutions] over a year!
7. Where Do I Want to Be 12 Months From Now?
Where exactly - specifically - do you want to be in 12 months time? Picture yourself right now as you want to be and then write that vision down in graphic detail. This is your Blue Print and command to the Universe.
Make it count!
8. Where Do I want to Be 5 Years From Now?
Roll your life forward 5 years from now in your mind's eye and envision yourself, your life and your dreams coming true exactly as you want them to. Then expand on it - make it bigger!
Now write it down. In lots and lots of detail. Review this daily or weekly. It is the best way to draw the forces for good in to assist you and make your dreams reality.
9. Where Can I Cut Back on My Expenditure and Expenses?
Were you a game junkie?
Did you go out for dinner every night?
Where can you cut back and save money? Sit down and be honest with yourself about your finances. We all can learn to save more money. Every. Single. One of Us!
10. What Distractions Can I Release to Increase My Time?
Did you stay up all night pinning on Pinterest like a maniac and then sleep in?
What distractions are keeping you from what is important?
Be honest here! If you're spending more than 1 hour a day on TV watching, movies and social media then there is much room for improvement.
11. Who or What Is Important To Me This Coming Year?
Do you feel guilty because you did not stay in touch with people?
Who or what is important to you needs to be a focus for the coming year to avoid that dreaded sense of guilt.
Make a list of what matters and write it out on a little wallet card to keep handy. We all need reminding of what matters sometimes.
12. What Plans Do I Need to Implement to Achieve My Goals?
Written goals are better.
Written goals with written, specific and detailed plans trump the lot and make things happen!
What do you need to do or put in place or start working on in order to achieve your goals and be where you want to be this time next year?
13. What Specific Action Can I Take TODAY to Move Closer to My Goals?
Now take an action - right this moment - from those plans to move you closer to your goals.
What can you do this minute to set things in motion? Nothing beats action and nothing helps action more than momentum.

14. What Are MY Needs Right Now?
Were your needs, dreams, goals overlooked or shoved under the rug for the sake of everyone else's?
No more! You are important too and your goals and dreams and needs DO matter!
What do you need this year to feel good? How can you serve yourself first and ensure your well is full enough to then overflow to others?
15. What Did I Learn from 2015 About Myself?
What did the joys and trials and challenges teach you about YOU?
For me, I learned that I am incredibly resilient, tenacious and resourceful. I always knew I was, but I had absolutely no idea how much!
I also learned that my physical energy levels absolutely dictate my life and its outcomes. If I eat garbage, indulge in too many vino's and stay up late then everything swings out of balance - and fast.
Lastly, I learned that in order to attract different people I have to start by BEING different. To attract different relationships I have to BECOME that which I want to have in my life.
I have heard it all before but this year I really owned it and worked hard to turn myself around in areas that were causing me to stay stuck... and I am super proud of doing so!
