Last year when springtime rolled round in the mountains the trees literally went “poof” and released all this pollen into the air. There were days the air was THICK with pollen particles and I couldn’t go outside.
So I RAVE about the benefits and powers of Vitamin C on my page all the time but thought it might be better to put together a series of posts about how I’ve used it and what happens when I did.

You may (or may not!) have heard that chemicals are causing an increased “body burden” for all of us alive today. “Body Burden” is a phrase coined in the last 10 years, referring to the amount of toxic chemicals we carry in our bodies, every day, all through our lives.
