Before I was The Eco Mum, I was a strung out, over achiever, highly ambitious, powerhouse type business woman.
_By now, you should have read up all about how the gut works, where your feel good hormones come from & what damage anti-biotics can do to you, even if taken only once!
I know, I know - believe me I KNOW - how can your gut EVER make you smile again after you'd had a bub? The lack of stomach-holdery-ineryness is enough to make you cry daily... I know I feel like it!
