I have just started the Cruise Phase of the Diet and today is my pure protein day - so there is no vegetables to be had.
Make a chocolate pudding of course! Quick, easy, yummy and sweet without ANY sugars or fats.
Eco Mumâs Dukan
Chocolate Chia Pudding
You will need:
4 organic eggs lightly beaten
2 tsps pure organic cocoa powder (just ground cocoa, make sure no additives or sugar in it)
1 tablespoon organic virtually fat-free Quark (German Cottage Cheese)
2 tablespoons oat bran
500g fromage frais (fat free if on the Dukan)
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
Fromage Frais Substitute
300g organic no-fat plain yogurt + 200g organic low fat cottage cheese, blended until smooth & chilled (whole milk and full fat products are fine to use here if youâre not on the Dukan Diet)
Mix until smooth and then add to the lightly beaten eggs.
Pour into a quiche dish that you have wiped over with one drop of oil so it is only VERY lightly greased.
Bake in moderate oven for 35 minutes until firm and springy to touch. It should slightly come away from the sides of the dish.
Serve with frozen yogurt sorbet as a dessert treat or hot with Bush Honey yogurt for a little peice of creme brulee heaven.
Its super yummy, really healthy, really easy and curbed my cravings pronto. WIN!!
