If you would like the chance to influence the way the world views these and other unique and endangered habitats and creatures in Australia, then please enter The Nature Conservancy Australiaâs Coast to Coast Photo Competition.
This competition is open to Australian citizens over 18.
The deadline for submissions is June 21st, 2013.
Our 14,000+ Facebook fans will be viewing and commenting on these images and the finalists and winners will have the opportunity to weigh in with Nature Conservancy Australia Director, Michael Looker in a live video chat about major Nature Conservancy projects in the works.
Weâre especially interested in stunning images that capture the wide range of habitats that make up Australiaâs rich biodiversity - the forests, grasslands, deserts, animals and people that make Australia such a vital part of our planetâs survival.
â¢ Contestants and winners retain ownership and all rights to their submitted images. TNC will retain the right to duplicate the winning images.
â¢ Photos may originate in any photographic form but must be submitted electronically.
â¢ You must be at least 18 years old and either a citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
â¢ A panel of judges will select 5 finalists in June 2013.
