Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions of Use 

  • By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Voucher, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, available here
  • Gift Vouchers can be purchased in Australian Dollars (AUD) only. 
  • Gift Vouchers purchased in Australian Dollars can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars. Please quote the Voucher Receipt Number on the Voucher when calling and discussing your Voucher.  

  • The Voucher can only be used towards a future purchase when the Voucher Receipt Number is quoted.

  • The Voucher is valid for any product or service listed as available on our website . The Voucher Receipt Number must be quoted at the time of booking. Only one Voucher can be used per purchase. 

  • Any outstanding difference between the Voucher and the amount of the booking must be paid at the time of purchase with a valid credit card. Please note that any person quoting the Voucher Receipt Number will also have access to the full purchase details of the voucher so please ensure these are kept confidential. 

  • Once a voucher is redeemed it can not be re-used. The Voucher is valid for purchases made within 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the Voucher. 

  • The Voucher will expire at midnight on the expiry date stated on the front of the Voucher and cannot be extended.You must make a purchase using your Voucher on or before the expiry date. 

  • If there is any credit remaining after redemption of the Voucher, it can be used towards future purchases until the credit balance reaches zero. Any balance that remains on the Voucher after the expiry date is not available for use.

  • Vouchers can be redeemed by calling our Contact Centre. Purchases that have been paid for using Vouchers cannot be changed or cancelled online. Our Contact Centre will be happy to assist with this.

  • The Eco Mum disclaims any responsibility for lost or stolen Vouchers, or damaged goods or unsatisfactory service received in redemption of the Voucher. You are responsible for the use and safety of your Voucher. You are liable for all transactions on your Voucher, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable, non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes to the Terms of Use will be available on this website.

  • Applicable Law: These Terms of Use are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from your receipt or use of the Voucher is exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
